Welcome to the UConn Honors Council website!
After New Orleans, LA in 2009, Honors is back for more in 2010! This will be our third Honors Alternative Spring Break that is OPEN TO ALL UCONN STUDENTS! Our group will be traveling to Immokalee, FL to continue with the theme of much needed hurricane relief, while at the same time understanding the lifestyles and hardships of migrant workers. We’re looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals willing to give up their spring break in order to lend a helping hand to the rebuilding and human rights efforts in Florida.
Applications are due by Wednesday, November 4th, 2010 and can be dropped off at the Honors Office (CUE 419).
